Use this form to submit events to be posted on our calendar. Our Project Administrator will review your request and determine whether the event should be included on our calendar.

For an event to be considered for posting, the sponsoring agency or organization must NOT be a for-profit organization. Participation must be open to all West Virginia residents 18 or older. Please be aware that events may only be considered when received by WVSeniors.org at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the activity. Events sponsored by political parties or by commercial enterprises will not be considered.
